Super Bowl - Prague Style - 1st Half

So, the Super Bowl is broadcast in 232 countries or something like that...of course, it's not broadcast in the Czech Republic. Luckily, we do get German television broadcast of the game...


Here are some random observations:


*Kick off - 12:36 AM Monday morning...

*Instead of ads for Bud Light, Snickers we get NFL Europe promotions...Ausfahrt...

*Did you see Peyton Manning run AWAY from the ball on one fumble. He could have recovered but he decided to go the other way...It will be a shame when/if he wins SB.

*Boris Becker is the half time analyst for the game...that's like John McEnroe doing World Cup highlights...

*Prince is playing in the rain...Won't he get electrocuted...He's going to be lit up like a little match...this will top the Janet Jackson/Justin Timberlake nipple snafu...

*What exactly was that bandana on Prince's head?...I hope the wind does not blow him off stage...I like his Purple Rain outfit without the Prince head...

*Look at that...Purple Rain in the Rain...Did they substitute that for Party like 1999 because it is raining?

*Again...no commercials...now we get a German couple in a hot tub watching the game surrounded by 1000 whistle blowing German fans in some stadium...

*Let's see if we can stay awake for 2nd half...It's 2:22 AM....
